Conor first joined Students For Liberty in 2013 at Ohio University in Athens, where he also obtained an M.A in history. After graduate school, Conor joined the Cato Institute as the manager of Educational Programs, including the Cato internship. Prior to this, Conor held jobs in development and event planning, and previously worked at the Institute for Humane Studies at George Mason University. Conor originally came from Cleveland, Ohio and has done research on East Asia, Taiwan, and the South China Sea. Conor has also studied several languages, namely Spanish, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese. He continues to advise the SFL group at his alma mater and remains involved with Students For Liberty here in DC.
