Rebecca Gasca

Rebecca Gasca is the founder and CEO of Pistil + Stigma, Inc., a community and government affairs
consulting group that assesses and assists organizations in public, private, and non-profit sectors on
groundbreaking policy issues nationwide. Her firm is most noted for empowering cannabis companies, from
conception through build-out and operations, build sustainable and socially conscious businesses founded in
innovative ideas and vested in social change. Previously, Ms. Gasca served as the first in-house lobbyist for
the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Nevada, advocates across the spectrum of civil liberties issues
including comprehensive drug policy and criminal justice reform. Ms. Gasca was a former Rotary Goodwill
Ambassador to Chile and traveled to Nepal and Turkey as a US Department of State’s Bureau of Education
and Cultural Affairs Fellow to study policymaking and civic participation. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ms.
Gasca holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in International Business, as well as professional certificates in
mediation and conflict resolution.
